Jennifer is a business and leadership coach and is committed to developing leaders to grow their businesses.  She is results-driven and helps clients focus on what matters most.  She has over 14 years of experience in the fintech industry, with extensive experience in sales, product development, customer support, and leadership.  She also directs the Scaling Program for Latino Business Action Network in collaboration with Stanford University to equip Latino/a business owners to scale their business; with the goal of increasing the number of scaled Latino-owned businesses in the United States. 

Jennifer has the experience and commitment to make a difference; her dedication to up-skill leaders, equip organizations to scale, and develop the potential in individuals and teams, is her unique strength.

She received her Bachelor’s degree at Colorado State University and obtained her M.B.A. at the University of San Francisco. Jennifer is a John Maxwell Certified Coach and Trainer.
